  • Loans sent to LRC members via email on Thursdays with a link to our Secure Document Portal
  • Loan Credit Memo available through our Secure Document Portal, along with an area for discussion, questions and voting
  • 504 LRC votes due by 9:30 am on Tuesdays
  • Direct LRC votes due by 11:00 am on Tuesdays

Onboarding LRC Members

Complete Required Forms
Fill out and sign the Confidentiality Agreement and SBA Form 1081. Documents were sent via our Secure Document Portal (FileInvite) and are also available below. Please upload documents back to the Secure Document Portal once complete.

Finish Assigned Training
Complete all the video modules for the Loan Review Committee that you have been selected for prior to the live training.

Attend Live Session
Attend the mandatory live training so that you are equipped to participate as a member.
