The Lender Deal Room does not guarantee SBA eligibility. It’s up to each lender to contact the business owner directly about their project. All featured businesses have opted in and understand that lenders may reach out. Our most successful partners follow up more than once—typically through a mix of emails and phone calls.
In some cases, a business may still be potentially eligible for SBA financing even if they’re not yet generating revenue, profitable, or six months in operation. These businesses aren’t included in the Deal Room, but our team is always available to discuss projects that fall outside those parameters.
